Speed Skating NWT is required to hold its Annual General Meeting at least thirty (30) days after the fiscal year end. The fiscal year of Speed Skating NWT is April 1 to March 31.
Notice of the date of the Annual General Meeting is given to all Members in good standing at least ten (10) days and not more than fifty (50) days prior to the date of the meeting. Notice includes a draft agenda, draft financial statement, and any reasonable information to permit Members to make informed decisions.
